 To request a partial or complete withdrawal of funds from your account, click on “Withdrawal request” in your account. Please consider that we take 2-3 business days to process your withdrawal request and that withdrawals will take up to 7 business days to reach your credit card or bank account. According to generally acceptable AML rules and regulations, withdrawals must be performed only through the same bank account or credit/debit card that you used to deposit the funds. Furthermore, when it comes to withdrawals, Client may be required to present additional information and documents. All withdrawals directly from client’s accounts are subject to: a) Sufficient balance for withdrawals, the client must have enough funds, equal or below the amount on their account balance. b) The client has no external leverage funding in his/her account, e.i margin-loans, bonuses, etc. Or has reached the trading volume requirements as written on the terms and conditions page. c) In the case where the client opened a withdrawal request and prior to approval, the client conducted trading and has lost trades or has existing trades in the market, the withdraw request when approved must be in condition to sufficient balance in the account’s balance.
